Content blocked?
Once logged in to Planify web manager, your plans or the content of your plans are not visible. Why?
There is a simple reason this can happen: you may be working in a company, where an IT team is blocking the access to some web services (because of security reasons). Said is simply: the content is blocked by your IT department.
Planify is using a variety of different services and these can be blocked by your IT security department.
How to solve this? Simply ask them to unblock the following URLs:
- s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
- maps.gstatic.com
- firestore.googleapis.com
- planify-prod.firebaseio.com
- planify-prod.firebaseapp.com
- planify-prod.appspot.com
- api.branch.io
- planify.io/pdf/generate.php
- in.hotjar.com
- us-central1-planify-prod.cloudfunctions.net
If unblocking these different web services is not solving the accessibility problem, please contact us.
